The Dyno’mos exists to (1) get more queers climbing and to (2) get more queer climbers climbing together. The Dyno’mos value respect for all, regardless of race, national origin, religious affiliation, sex, and real or perceived sexual orientation and gender. Values also include supporting equal opportunity and treatment for all persons.

Matt here. I've been helping lead the Dyno'mos since the beginning--teaching classes, outdoor trips, etc. I've been climbing for 15 years. Right now, I'm organizing a charity event where the Dyno'mos will belay for underprivileged youth.
